These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeanVox ("we", "us", "our"), including our API, website, dashboard, and CLI tools (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you use the API. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.
New accounts receive a small free credit allocation for evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Our voice cloning feature requires you to upload audio samples. By uploading samples, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary rights and consents to use those voice recordings. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of voice cloning complies with applicable laws, including those related to consent, privacy, and biometric data.
You retain ownership of content you input into the Service (text, voice samples). Audio output generated by the Service may be used by you for any lawful purpose, subject to these Terms.
We retain all rights in the Service, including the API, models, infrastructure, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to our underlying technology.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid features.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that generated audio will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, without refund of remaining credits. Upon termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where not permitted, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
