This Privacy Policy explains how LeanVox ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our API, website, dashboard, and related services. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.
We log API requests including timestamps, character counts, model used, voice used, language, and cost in credits. This data is used to calculate your balance, display usage history, and improve the service.
Audio files generated via the API are stored temporarily on cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and made available to you via a time-limited URL. We may retain audio files for a limited period for debugging purposes, after which they are deleted.
If you use our voice cloning feature, you upload audio samples that we store to create a personalised voice model. You can delete your cloned voices from the dashboard at any time.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment credentials. We receive a transaction record (amount, timestamp) and your Stripe customer ID.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your input text or voice samples to train our models without explicit consent.
We use the following third-party services to operate LeanVox:
Each provider processes data only as necessary to deliver the Service and is bound by appropriate data processing agreements. They have their own privacy policies governing their data handling practices.
Our website uses minimal cookies for session management and authentication (JWT stored in your browser's local storage). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We may use privacy-friendly analytics (aggregate page views only, no personal identifiers).
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, strong password hashing, and encrypted storage. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
